Dealing With Amazon Returns
Below are few of the steps every seller/VA must follow while dealing with Amazon Returns
☑️ Keep record of the return notification E-mail from amazon
(reecord verifies that returns actually occurs within 45 days)
☑️ If you found that item was not returned within 45 days you can request REIMBURSEMENT from amazon
☑️ All items returned to FBA warehouse try to trace out reasons for return
(for reason go to reports choose Fulfilment then customer Concessions,then click Returns,there you can determine reason for return!!if unable to find reason on report open case with amazon inquire why the item was returned)
☑️ If item returned to you as DEFECTIVE open a case with amazon
☑️ Returned items marked as unsellable by amazon after inspection can be chosen by seller to dispose off or either sent to their address.
